In search of the self
In my work you can see unique picture elements that have been captured photographically on my travels to all continents of the world since 1992. The works of my oil painting are also an important part of the compositions. The focus is on the human being, as an expression of emotions and life experiences.
Photography is just as much a part of my creative work as the fine arts. My travels all over the world, but also the behavior of people in many cultures and the elements in detail are documented through my pictures.

Mit spielerischer Leichtigkeit entstehen Bilder, die durch ihre Dynamik und harmonische Farbgestaltung überzeugen. Im Wechselspiel zwischen Spannung und Auflösung wird der Betrachter mit abstrakten Gefühlen wie Angst, Frustration, Begierde und Liebe konfrontiert.
Die Werke thematitisern die unbekannten Seiten der Existenz, die Begegnung zwischen Geist und Materie auf der Suche nach dem Geheimnis Mensch. Sie spiegeln die emotionalen Zustände wieder in denen sie entstanden sind, und lassen trozdem jedem Betrachter genügend Freiraum für seine eigene Interpretationen.
